2. The body of the article needs to give the reader the information that they are looking for. Don’t overcomplicate your articles; just keep it simple but informative. Using numbers or bullet points in your article is usually quite effective and keeps it simple and easy to follow.
3. At the end of the article you will have a resource box and this is where you put in the link to your website. The resource box is your chance to grab that visitor and hang on to them and bring them over to your site. So don’t waste this opportunity, your resource box needs to be enticing to the reader so that they will want to visit your website.
4. With most article directories you will need to add a summary. This is just a couple of sentences to summarize your article and often this is what the visitors will see before clicking to read the full article. Don’t just copy the first two lines of your article in the summary box, use this space to grab the reader and make them want to read more.
These are the basics of writing an article for the purpose of article marketing. Just always remember that if your article is of poor quality then visitors are not likely to click on your link and visit your website. Always submit good quality articles and give the reader what they are looking for and your article marketing campaign will do really well.
