We need to understand that we can become our own greatest competitor. TEST yourself everyday to become a better person. LOOK in the mirror more often than looking at everyone else.

Focus on what you are good at doing, seek improvement onwhat you are NOT good at doing, and learn how to FEEL goodabout YOU. Fall in love with the fact that YOU are who you arebecause that’s just the way it is…your original…unique andmost importantly…you have the ability to improve yourself.

ACTIVITY #3 – Encourage others to ENCOURAGE!

Learn how to celebrate your success along with others andhow to celebrate others success along with yours. In otherwords, be the type of person that is known for helping others to“go for it”, to make the best of their opportunities.

ACTIVITY #4 – Focus on Empowerment!

Be the one to say…”I see big things in you”; “You can do it”.Don’t be the one to pre-judge, we all deserve to haveeverything in life we need and want!

ACTIVITY #5 – Work on Discipline!

The art of making self-promises and fulfilling them is the ESSENCEof confidence, and ultimately can determine our path in life. Ifwe consistently BREAK promises to ourselves, we eventually stop“trusting” the person we see in the mirror. Start with a few easyself-promises. Once you build confidence, you can build anything.

ACTIVITY #6 – Have FUN! How to UNLOCK your INNER Resources!

Smile, laugh, enjoy, and do more with a positive attitude. If youlearn how to enjoy the process…imagine how far you can go!

ACTIVITY # 7 – Work on NEW Skills EVERYDAY!

Here are many skills you should focus on that will guaranteemajor improvements in your lifestyle. Challenge yourself….TO WORK ON THESE TRAITS FOR THE NEXT YEAR!

• Learn how to look back in life for only WISDOM.
• Learn how to set your goals.
• Learn how to teach others to set goals.
• Learn how to NEVER stop LEARNING.
• Learn how to associate with positive influence.
• Learn how to do what it takes to succeed.

• Learn your inner ability to face your fears.
• Learn how to get LASER focused.
• Learn how to be faithful.
• Learn that your #1 enemy is YOU.
• Learn how to CHANGE.
• Learn how to CHANGE others.
• Learn how to be determined.
• Learn how to BELIEVE.
• Learn how to BECOME.
